Any company can suffer a misfortune.

How prepared are you? With Carelink you’ll have an experienced partner by your side, to help you through your crisis via the “Three Cs”: Command, Care and Communication. We’ll help you form and train your emergency committee, to provide the «Command». We’ll look after the people affected on your behalf to provide the «Care». In addition, we assist you in the field of crisis communication, to provide the «Communication». The Three Cs are the foundation of integrated crisis management. .

Command

Your emergency committee must be able to respond swiftly and faultlessly should the need arise. Find out how to pre-assign responsibilities and successfully lead an emergency organization. Carelink offers workshops on the essentials of emergency committee work, and on adopting a clear and systematic approach to the issues and problems involved.

Care

The «care» component in crisis management – looking after the people involved and affected – occupies a far more prominent position now than it did a few years ago. Providing adequate care is part and parcel of any professional crisis management today.

Not that you need to have your own care organization. You can entrust this key responsibility to Carelink instead. Our skilled specialists will look after all the people involved and affected on your company’s behalf, and integrate these activities into your crisis management.

Communication

Good communications are a must in any crisis situation. External and internal. And open, prompt and targeted. Crisis communications can be trained and prepared for. Which is what Carelink’s Carecom team is all about. Carecom can be there for you, too: any time, day or night, if you find yourself in a crisis situation and in need of communications support.

Command

Anyone seeking to successfully manage a crisis situation simply must communicate: internally and externally, and promptly, openly and with a clear focus on each target audience. Carelink works with a number of reputed crisis communications specialists here. And all the expertise of this ultra-professional network is also available to all Carelink clients.

Carelink also provides basic and further training for members of Swiss cantonal care teams and for civil defence and emergency services personnel, under a mandate from the KSD coordinated medical service of the Swiss Confederation. These “Care&Peer Practice” courses are conducted together with the notfallpsychologie.ch association. And both the courses and Carelink have been certificated by the National Psychological First Aid Network (NNPN).

However major or minor the event may be, Carelink will be there for you. If the incident is a major one, a large number of people (including relatives) may be indirectly affected. Carelink can set up a call centre with ten phone lines within 120 minutes, and have up to 30 lines in operation within four hours. We’ll also provide trained (and constantly further trained) specialists to handle the calls in English, German, French and Italian, working closely with your emergency committee.

Carelink will tailor its services to your specific requirements. Need a call centre, but not with ten (or 30!) lines? Maybe five will suffice, given the scale and impact of the event. Just like our call centre, our mini-call centre will also be staffed around the clock.
