Some events and experiences can be especially hard to process for the people involved. For cases like these (and as long as the facility is included in the service package agreed) Carelink will provide a special helpline number which can be called by any of the client’s employees to receive immediate psychological counselling. All such calls are treated in the strictest confidence. Please note, though, that this kind of psychological support is not a substitute for psychotherapy, and is only intended for cases of urgent need.

Care training

Care&Peer Practice

Carelink also provides basic and further training for members of Swiss cantonal care teams and for civil defence and emergency services personnel, under a mandate from the KSD coordinated medical service of the Swiss Confederation. These «Care&Peer Practice» courses are conducted together with the notfallpsychologie.ch association. And both the courses and Carelink have been certificated by the National Psychological First Aid Network (NNPN).
