Care Team

It’s our “caregivers” – our corps of specially-trained volunteer personnel – who make up the bulk of the CareLink crew. In the event of an emergency, these are the people who will look after those affected, providing them with direct and indirect practical assistance and emotional support.

Our caregivers are selected by CareLink using a standard set of criteria. Practical abilities, a flair for logistics and good listening skills are particularly important here.

All our caregivers receive professional initial and further training which enables them to look after the people in their care with skill, sympathy and sensitivity and to respond as swiftly and effectively as possible to their specific needs and concerns.

Our volunteers receive fair remuneration for their services. They can also count on the advice, assistance and support of our own team leaders, and of qualified psychologists if required.

Our caregivers receive their initial and further training in German, French or Italian.

If you’d like to know more, you’ll find further information on our website in French or German. Alternatively, feel free to call us on +41 44 876 5050.
